Uncompressed Streaming with Quickcam 5000 pro

Hello everyone

I'm trying to stream uncompressed video from a Logitech Quickcam 5000 pro. But with uncompressed video-format, the webcam-driver tells me that there are only two formats available:
- 160x120 with 5, 10 or 15 fps
- 176x144 with 5, 10 or 15 fps

(I set wFormatIndex in the VIDFORMATSTRUCT to 2 instead of 1. Then IOControl-Calls with code IOCTL_CAMERA_DEVICE_GETVIDEOFORMAT yielded the above formats of type 5 (uncompressed))
Can anyone confirm this?

Thank you

I tested with "Logitech Quickcam pro 5000" ( LZ647BR ) and i get the same two format infos.
I tested this with a other model "Logitech Quickcam pro 5000" ( LZ619BB ) and i get no format infos.

hint: the model ( LZ619BB ) is my favorit, more formats (mjpeg) 9x and a even streaming.

Thanks for the response.
Can you tell me how to determine the model of my camera?

You find this on the logitech-label, it is on the usb cable, near the connector.

The Camera ( LZ647BR ) has the ID: 046d:08ce Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000 (2006 model).
I read the info that this model a old model is, ok i would have had to know it, it's was more inexpensive than the other one ;-)

I'm working with LZ625BF.
Odd that there are such differences between models of the same cam...
