Possible fix for video streaming errors

I was trying to get a Logitech webcam to work with the SolarExpress USB host card
in a Dell X50v. The camtest2 app was showing the top few lines as expected and the rest
of the image was colored blocks and other decoding artifacts. A USB bus analyzer showed
that most of the Isoch packets had an underrun condition; the camera was failing to send
complete packets.

I then got the idea to hook up the webcam to a powered USB 1.1 hub. Surprise -- clean video!
15 fps at 160x120 on my Pocket PC.

So, if anyone is having major video issues, try a powered hub. Works great for me.
